$THELIST launched as a 100% fair launch on Solana. Mint and freeze authorities were revoked at deployment — no new tokens can ever be created, and no wallet can ever be frozen. The token supply is permanently fixed at one billion.
Liquidity Pool tokens were burned at launch. There is no mechanism for the founding team to remove liquidity. What you see is what exists.

04 / The Document Archive
At the core of $THELIST is a permanent on-chain archive of publicly released Epstein-related legal documents. Each document is represented by its SHA-256 hash, registered on Solana with a timestamp, and mirrored to IPFS for decentralised hosting. No government, no platform, no institution can remove this record.
Every document in the archive is sourced exclusively from official public records — court dockets, congressional filings, and government FOIA releases. We make no original allegations. We publish no private information. We simply ensure that what the courts have already made public cannot be quietly forgotten.
Journalist-tier ($THELIST Tier 3) and above holders may submit new document entries. All submissions are verified by the oracle committee before registration. False or fabricated submissions result in permanent wallet ban from the archive program.

No. $THELIST references only documents that are already in the public domain through official court proceedings, congressional disclosure, and government FOIA releases. We make no original allegations and publish no private information.
Is this project affiliated with any political party or figure?
No. $THELIST is explicitly non-partisan. The public record crosses every political boundary and so does our community. We hold no political allegiances and follow the documents wherever they lead.
Can the team rug pull or remove liquidity?
No. LP tokens were burned at launch — permanently and irreversibly. Mint authority has been revoked, so no new tokens can be created. The contract has been verified on-chain and confirmed by RugCheck.
How are Awareness Points verified?
Claims are submitted through the Awareness Portal with public evidence. A randomly selected panel of seven Journalist-tier or higher holders reviews and votes on each claim within 48 hours. False claims result in a 30-day staking suspension.
Who controls the Awareness Fund?
The Awareness Fund is held in a 3-of-5 multi-signature wallet. All five keyholders are publicly disclosed community members. No single person can move funds — three keyholders must approve every transaction.
